WHO AM I?

It was a beautiful time in the presence of God at the last fellowship. I am sure most if not all will agree. From the mind puzzling 'who am i' and ' 20 questions' game that made you want to study the word more to the validation of self and the person by your side; Yes, I believe God was indeed present in our fellowship like He always is. We learnt that single people need to know their place in God. We also heard from someone in the group that being single is undermined by the prejudices that abound in the society and that being single is honorable. An inevitable question was posed "What Does it mean to be 'UNMARRIED'? Some of the answer we got included:
*Being unmarried means spending more time with God
*Being unmarried equals loneliness
*Being unmarried means spending time to develop oneself spiritually, mentally, financially, and educationally
*Pursuing a career is a plus of being single.

Now to the crux of the matter, WHO ARE YOU? If you were asked to define yourself, how would you start? What makes you thick or unique? What makes you Y OU? Feel free to leave your comment and admonition as we are sure it will bless us all. SHALOM N.B : Biblical reference: 1Corinthians 7:35

WHY DID I GET MARRIED?

Ok, I am sure most of us have seen the new movie by Tyler Perry with the title above. The U.R.S fellowship decided to take the fellowship outside of the Church to the movies. There were a lot of laughs, giggles, and some tear drops. Above all, a most people felt the movie was indeed an eye opener to what goes on in the marital world. Granted, we are not all married but we all could give our two cents concerning what we got from the movie.
Please feel free to be honest with yourself and bless the rest of the community with your opinion.
Shalom.
